Products “Available on backorder” are currently not in stock but can still be ordered. Once you place your order, we kickstart the handcrafting process. Our manufacturing times vary, typically ranging from 1–6 days. If you’d like a personalized estimate for your order’s timeline, feel free to slide into our DMs on Instagram, and we will get back to you asap.

We strive to dispatch your order within 0–2 business days upon confirmation of availability (via DHL). The precise delivery times and costs depend on your location. You can also view the shipping costs in the cart section.

As a conscientious manufactory, we prioritize sourcing the majority of our materials for our handmade bags within the EU. Our premium faux leathers come from Spain, while our yarn and rubber bands are sourced from the Czech Republic. For hardware and zippers, we partner with certified Chinese suppliers adhering to the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

To avoid any uncertainty, who actually sews and makes our products, where and in which working conditions, we manufacture our bags by hand in Germany.

If the products from your order are in new, unused condition, you have the right to initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund. Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
